Japonya‘da hizmet veren ve Amazon firmasının bir benzeri yapıda işleyen e-ticaret devi Rakuten, müşterilere kripto para alım-satım hizmeti vereceğini açıkladı. Bu güncelleme ile birlikte yeni tasarlanan Rakuten Wallet (Cüzdan) da tanıtıldı. Tanıtımda dikkat çeken diğer detay da ilk aşamada sadece Rakuten Bankası‘nda hesabı bulunan ya da platform üzerinde hesabı bulunanlar için işlem yapmak mümkün hale getirilecekken diğer kullanıcılar yani genel kullanıma ne zaman geçileceği hakkında detay paylaşılmadı.

Yapay Zeka (AI) destekli platform!

Yapılan açıklamada platform kapsamında müşteri hizmetlerinin yapay zeka tarafından karşılanacağı paylaşıldı. Bu durum sektörde bir ilk olma özelliği de taşıyor. Zira diğer benzer örnekler, donanımlı yapay zeka yerine otomatik cevap veren botlar ile varlık göstermektedir. Ayrıca önümüzdeki süreçte platform için mobil uygulama geliştirilmesi de planlanmaktadır. Geliştirilecek uygulama ile alım-satım yapılabilecek. Ayrıca, yatırımcılar para yatırma ve çekme işlemleri için de uygulamayı kullanabilecek. Tüm bu aşamalar, Japon aklının teknolojiye olan başarılı yaklaşımını göstermesi açısından önem taşımaktadır.

Geçtiğimiz ay Rakuten firması Japonya Finansal Hizmetler Bürosu’ndan ilgili borsa için lisans almıştı. Böylelikle söz konusu borsa %100 legal yapı ile iç içe varlık gösterecek. Aynı zamanda ilgili yasal mevzuatların finansal açıdan da tam olarak karşılanacağı beklenmektedir.

Rakuten borsa için 2,4 Milyon Dolarlık alım yaptı!

Rakuten firması, geçtiğimiz ay cüzdan hizmeti için bir diğer sektörde varlık gösteren firmayı bünyesine katmıştı. Söz konusu firma Everybody’s Bitcoin olarak bilinen sektöre hizmet veren bir şirket. Şirket yaklaşık olarak 2,4 Milyon Dolar‘a satın alındı. Rakuten Wallet hizmeti ise 1 Mart’tan bu yana aktif olarak bir öncekinin yerine varlık göstermektedir.

Firma yöneticisi; yakın gelecekte kripto paraların e-ticaretteki rolünün artacağına inandıkları öngörüsünü paylaştı. Bu duruma hazır olmak ve kripto para ödemeleri kabul edebilmek için de borsa hizmeti verilmesinin önem taşıdığı aktarıldı. Bu durum da şirketin böylesine bir adım atmasının önünü açtı. Zira hali hazırda e-ticaret devi 2015’ten bu yana kripto para ödemeleri kabul etmekte.
