ABD Menkul Kıymetler ve Borsa Komisyonu (SEC), Robinhood‘un kripto hizmetlerine karşı dava açmaya hazırlanıyor. SEC, dava öncesi şirkete yaklaşan yaptırım eylemi hakkında bilgi veren bir Wells Bildirisi yayınladı.

SEC, dijital varlık listeleri, saklama ve operasyonlar hakkında araştırma altında olan Robinhood‘a soruşturma ihtarları göndermişti. Dahası, şirket, bu soruşturmalarla ilgili kapsamının en üst düzeyde uyum içinde olduğunu belirtmişti. Sonuç olarak, Wells Bildirisi 4 Mayıs 2024’te yayımlandı.
