Salı günü Bloomberg Invest Zirvesi’nde konuşan ABD Menkul Kıymetler ve Borsa Komisyonu Başkanı Gary Gensler, spot Ethereum borsa yatırım fonlarının (ETF‘ler) başlatma sürecinin “sorunsuz bir şekilde ilerlediğini” söyledi.

New York’ta yaptığı konuşmada Gary Gensler, şunları da ekledi: “Ne zamana dek sonuçlanır bilmiyorum, ama sorunsuz ilerliyor.”

Geçen ay SEC, sekiz Ethereum ETF‘si için 19b-4 formlarını onayladı. Bu ürünler için rekabet eden firmalar, alım-satıma başlamadan önce kayıt beyanları olarak bilinen S-1‘leri (veya Grayscale‘in Ethereum Trust‘ını ETF‘ye dönüştürmeye çalıştığı durumda S-3‘ü) etkili hale getirmeleri gerekiyor.

Firmalar, SEC‘in vereceği kararı beklerken geçen hafta güncellenmiş kayıt beyanlarını da gönderdi. Söz konusu kayıt beyanlarında, tohum yatırımları ve ilgili işlemler için talep edilen ücretlerle ilgili ayrıntılar yer alıyor.
