Fransa’nın menkul kıymetler düzenleyicisi, kripto borsası Bybit‘e karşı yeniden bir uyarı yayınladı ve kullanıcılara “platformun birden bire hizmet vermeyi durdurabileceği” olasılığı için tedbir almalarını önerdi.

Perşembe günü yapılan bir bildiride, Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), borsanın dijital varlık hizmet sağlayıcısı (DASP) olarak kayıtlı olmadığını ve dolayısıyla Fransa’da hizmetlerini yasa dışı olarak sunmakta olduğunu belirtti. Bybit, 20 Mayıs 2022’den beri yasa dışı olarak faaliyet gösterdiği için AMF tarafından siyah listeye alınmıştır.

Kullanıcılar borsaya yönelik yaptırım nedeniyle sorun yaşayabilir!

Bildiri, platforma yönelik olası bir yaptırım eylemi olasılığına işaret etmekte ve AMF‘nin “Para ve Finansal Kanun hükümleri uyarınca, bu platformun web sitesini engellemek için yasal işlem başlatma hakkını saklı tuttuğunu” ve yatırımcıların “varlıklarına erişimde zorluk yaşamamak için gerekli tüm önlemleri almaları gerektiğini” hatırlatmaktadır şeklinde not paylaştı.

AMF‘nin uyarısı, Hong Kong’un finansal düzenleyicisi tarafından Bybit‘e karşı benzer bir uyarıyı yinelemesine neden oldu – Mart ayında, Menkul Kıymetler ve Vadeli İşlemler Komisyonu (SFC), Bybit‘i şüpheli kripto borsaları listesine ekledi ve halkı borsanın lisanssız olduğu konusunda uyardı. Geçen yıl, Bybit, Kanada ve Birleşik Krallık‘tan çekildi ve bunu düzenleyici baskıya atıfta bulunarak gerçekleştirmişti.
