Dünyanın en büyük 2’nci Borsası Nasdaq, Bitcoin ve Ethereum endekslerini ekleyecek

Menkul Kıymetler Borsası Nasdaq’ın ay sonunda uluslararası veri hizmetlerine Bitcoin ve Ethereum endekslerini de ekleyeceğini duyurdu.

Nasdaq dün itibariyle yayınladığı açıklamada, Yeni Zelanda Blockchain araştırma ve veri şirketi Brave New Coin ile endeks ile ilgili partnerlik anlaşmasına vardığını duyurdu.

Anlaşma kapsamında Nasdaq Global Veri Hizmetleri’nde (GIDS), Bitcoin Liquid Index (BLX) ile Ethereum Liquid Index (ELX)’i gerçek zamanlı olarak yayınlayacak.

30 saniyede bir yenilenecek olan BLX ve ELX değerlerinin Bitcoin ve Ethereum için birim fiyatın spot ve işlemler için referans alınmasını mümkün kılması açısından da önem taşımaktadır.

BLX ve ELX yatırımcıya ne ifade edecek?

Günümüzde çeşitli borsaların kendine has Bitcoin ve Ethereum birim fiyatları olmasına karşın global tek bir fiyat söz konusu değil. Nasdaq Borsası‘nın endeks hizmeti ile birlikte 1 Bitcoin ve 1 Ethereum için USD kapsamında referans alınabilecek fiyat gündeme gelmiş olacak. Böylelikle borsadan borsaya değişen fiyat yerine Nasdaq endeks fiyatı referans olabilecek.

Nasdaq, her iki endeksin de Uluslararası Menkul Kıymetler Komisyonları Örgütü (IOSCO) ilkelerine uyarak “bağımsız olarak denetlenen” bir metod kullanılarak hesaplanacağını söyledi.

Nasdaq’ın VanEck atağı!

Geçtiğimiz Kasım ayında ilan edilen Nasdaq – VanEck partnerliği de kripto dünyasını sarsan önemli gelişmelerdendi. Her ne kadar 2019’da kripto piyasalarda hizmete geçileceği beklense bile henüz gelmiş başka resmi açıklama olmaması da 2020 yılına ertelenebileceğini akıllara getirmektedir.
