FTX kurucusu Sam Bankman-Fried‘ın davası temyiz sürecine kadar sona ermiş olsa da, FTX iflası ile ilgili dava devam ediyor.

FTX‘in CEO‘su John Ray III tarafından yönetilen FTX malvarlığından gelen en son güncellemede, şirketin en son iflas başvurularına göre, yapay zeka şirketi Claude‘un arkasındaki AI şirketi Anthropic‘teki kalan hisselerini de sattığı belirtiliyor.

FTX, kalan 15 milyon hisseyi, hisse başına yaklaşık 30 dolar karşılığında sattığı ve bunun 450 milyon doların üzerinde gelir oluşturduğu ifade edildi. Bu, FTX‘in şirkete yaptığı 500 milyon dolarlık yatırımdan elde edilen toplam geliri yaklaşık 1.3 milyar dolara çıkararak, yaklaşık 800 milyon dolarlık bir kâr elde ettiği anlamına geliyor. Bu ikinci satış için hisse başına fiyatın, Mart ayındaki ilk satış fiyatıyla aynı olduğu görüldü.

FTX alacaklıları, FTX‘in iflasının sorumluluğunu üstlenen başlıca hukuk firması Sullivan and Cromwell‘in aynı zamanda iflas öncesinde FTX‘i temsil eden firmalardan biri olması konusunda şikayet ettiler.
