]]> QuadrigaCX Borsası ile ilgili davada ilgili tarafların beyanı nedeniyle gözlemci statüsünde yer alan şirket Ernst & Young açıklama yaptı.

Gözlemci şirketin yaptığı açıklamaya göre; borsa ana kripto para olan Bitcoin (BTC) saklanması için 6 adet ayrı cüzdan tespit edildi. Ardından, cüzdanlardan birine yapılan 500,000 USD değerinde transfer haricinde Nisan 2018’den bu yana diğer 5 cüzdana hiçbir transfer gerçekleştirilmemiş. Bu durumun yanı sıra, borsa ekibinin niçin ifade edilen cüzdanları kullanmadıklarını anlamadıkları notunu aktaran gözlemci grup; bu durumu araştırmaya devam edeceklerinin de altını çizdiler.

Ne olmuştu?

Geçtiğimiz Şubat ayında borsa websitesine ulaşmaya çalıştığımızda ilk olarak beyaz bir sayfa ile karşılaşmış ilerleyen günlerde ise konu hakkında ipuçu veren bir metin ile karşılaşmıştık. 2018 sonuna doğru CEO’sunun ölümünün neden olduğu bir kayıp vakası olduğu şeklinde yetkili otoritelere yansıtılmış ve mahkeme dosyası açılmıştı.

Ardından borsa ile ilgili sular durulmadı. Yatırımcılar, CEO’nun ölmediği ve kendi yatırımlarının çalınmış olabileceğini çeşitli sosyal medya platformlarında dile getirmeye başlamıştı. Bu duruma yanıt olarak ise kısa süre içerisinde ekip tarafından CEO’nun ölümü ile ilgili resmi evraklar paylaşılmıştı.

Fakat yine de hiçbir şey çözüme kavuşturulamadı. Hatta daha ilginç olaylar da yaşanmaya başlandı. Özellikle, ilginç dönemlerde gerçekleşen ETH transferleri de yine CEO ölümü ile ilgili bir hile mi var sorularını akla getirdi. Dolandırıcılık olmasa bile; CEO eşinin borsa cüzdanlarına erişiminin olduğu yorumları akıllarda derin şüpheler uyandırdı. Fakat yine de bir yol alınamadı.

QuadrigaCX Borsası kullanıcılarına ne olacak?

Bu sorunun yanıtını ifade etmek oldukça zor. Zira Kanada’da mahkemeye taşınmış bir dosya mevcut ve ilgilidosya bir şekilde sonuçlanmadan ortaya atılacak her cümle iddia olmaktan öteye gidemeyecektir.

Dolayısıyla, şu aşamada yatırımcıların ilgili dosya takibini yapmaları gerekmekte olup eğer imkanları varsa mahkemeye dahil olabilmeleri yönünde dilekçe vermeleri ve gerekli prosedürleri yerine getirmeleri daha sağlıklı olacaktır.

Yatırımları ile ilgili uzun bir müddet daha pozitif bir gelişme yaşanmayacak gibi gözükmektedir.
